Solucall is an online platform that we developed ourselves. We collect all information about every call, email or message – completely GDPR-proof – in a personal customer environment. In addition, the platform makes it possible to easily follow up contact recordings or delegate them to our own colleagues or to Solutel employees.

Solucall’s goal: never lose a contact ever again in the future. This platform is automatically available to our customers from the start of our cooperation, both via desktop and via the Solucall app.
