Introduction: who are we talking to?

During our introductory meeting we go over a questionnaire together. This is how we get familiar with your wishes, from the greeting to the booking of the appointments. For our answering service, this is the basis for the correct handling of your calls.

You will receive a unique phone number from us to which you can forward your calls. This is how our answering service software recognizes that the call in question is meant for your practice. Our operator’s computer screen automatically displays the procedure to be followed and all the information he or she needs. The operator then handles the call on behalf of your practice or company in the way we discussed it together during the first step.


Follow-up: direct line between you and us

So, everything is arranged! You know have your own answering service! But maybe you still have some questions. Or maybe you would like to have regular reporting of all your calls. We will provide you with a single contact person to whom you can address any questions or comments you may have.
