You will receive a unique phone number from us to which you can forward your calls. This is how our answering service software recognizes that the call in question is meant for your practice. Our operator’s computer screen automatically displays the procedure to be followed and all the information he or she needs. The operator then handles the call on behalf of your practice or company in the way we discussed it together during the first step.
